More Evidence of Japanese Germ Warfare Experiments Found

The provincial archives of Jilin, northeast China, made public Thursday a batch of files which are strong evidence of the world's largest germ warfare experimental base built by Japanese troops in China during World War II.

Hakka's Earthen Buildings Being Prepared for World Heritage List

Yongding County in east China' s Fujian Province has been improving the environment around the earthen buildings inhabited by Hakka people in the province with financing of over 30 million yuan (about US$3.62 million) . The efforts are being made to prepare Hakka's earthen buildings for their inclusion on the World Heritage List in 2003.
