ngqiong, a 36-year-old woman in vegetative state, gave birth to a healthy boy of 2.3 kg in weight with the help of doctors Wednesday noon at the No. 324 Hospital of People's Liberation Army (PLA) in
Chongqing
Municipality.
Wu fell into coma with 5 months pregnancy after a traffic accident in May this year and her weight has declined to only 25 kg at present.
It's said that quite big differences exist in physical conditions between a normal people and a vegetable, especially difficult and rare to produce a baby.
