US Imposes Sanction Under Groundless Charge

The US on September 1 announced to impose sanction against a Chinese company under the excuse of "exporting missile technology to Pakistan".

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson gave comment that some American media often spread some entirely groundless rumors, slandering China to conduct nuclear proliferation. The Chinese government last November announced that China has no intention to help any country to develop ballistic missile for carrying nuclear weapons.

According to foreign media, US State Department official said that the US would impose sanction on China National Machinery & Equipment Import & Export Corp. for exporting missile technology to Pakistan. The official said that Pakistan side that receives this technology will also face sanction.

The decision was made after a US expert team went back to America from Beijing.

According to Los Angeles Times, the official who declined to give name said that sanction means that American company could not get license for sending satellite by Chinese rocket, it is also regarded illegal by providing American technology for Chinese satellite industry.
