China Claims Women's Diving Team Title
After outstanding performances of their female divers, China claimed the women's diving team title Wednesday with 2,519.94 points, a shocking 419.31 points ahead of the second Ukraine.
Ukraine, which got 2,100.63 points for the accumulated scores in all ten diving events, was followed by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on 2,008.65 points.
Germany and the United States were fourth and fifth with 1,971. 33 and 1,837.44 points respectively.
