Second Western Forum Attracts Large Foreign and Domestic Companies
So far 31 of the World's Top 500 Companies and 60 well-known domestic enterprises have enrolled to take part in the second Western Forum of China, according to the forum's organizing committee.
The forum is expected to keep the number of delegates to within 500, but some 600 have already been allowed to take part. Presidents and vice presidents from giant companies like Intel, IBM, Alcatel and Ericsson will attend the meeting, according to sources.
Leaders of famous domestic enterprises in the automobile, information, telecommunications and power fields will also be present.
About 100 top business people will give lectures at the forum, including the presidents of the China Area of Nokia and IBM, sources said.
