China Gets Eighth Diving Title
Wang Kenan and Peng Bo added an eighth title to China's diving medal tally Tuesday when they took the men's synchronized 3m springboard crown at the World University Games.

The pair, titlists at the Fukuoka world championships last month, took the gold with 338.31 points from their five pairs of dives in the final, over 13 points ahead of the second, Mexican duo Joel Rodriguez and Fernando Platas.

The Mexicans, who were beaten into second by China's Wang and Peng at the Fukuoka world championships, were once again denied gold, on an aggregated 324.72 points.

Tobias Schellenberg and Stefan Ahrens from Germany came third with 304.05 points.
