Trade, Investment Promotion Fair Opens in Lanzhou
Investment and Trade Fair Opened in West China
The 2001 China Lanzhou Trade and Investment Promotion Fair opened on August 26 in this capital of Gansu Province in west China.
More than 10,000 government officials and businessmen from home and abroad are expected to show up for the event, the organizers said.
The province is seeking investment and co-operation opportunities for 620 carefully selected projects in infrastructure, tourism development, resources exploitation, hi- tech and other sectors.
The event is jointly sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the municipal government of Tianjin and the government of Gansu Province.
