Chief of General Staff Meets Nepalese GuestsFu Quanyou, chief of the General Staff of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, met Friday with Kumar Bahadur Fudong, master general of Ordnance of Royal Nepalese Army, and his party.Fu, also a member of the Central Military Commission, recalled his Nepal tour last year.
