King Norodom Sihanouk signed a royal order approving officials change in Sihanoukville city, Kep city, provinces of Oddar Meanchey and Kampot, according to a press release received from the Media Center of the Information Ministry on Thursday night.
The royal order was signed by the king on August 18, 2001.
Under the royal order, the governors of Sihanoukville, Kep, Oddar Meanchey and Kampot will be replaced.
These officials change was proposed by Prime Minister Hun Sen first, which was aimed at enhancing the working efficiency of the provincial governments.
