China Eastern Airlines Embraces Digital Technology
China Eastern Airlines is spending some 100 million yuan on projects that will digitalize its operation and management systems, company officials said.
These projects include an Intranet, office automation, automatic operation control, digitalization of the frequent flyer program and computer terminals.
The officials said the investment exceeds the airline's total previous investment in digital technology since it was founded, and will be of great help in improving its management and services.
All the projects will be operational later this year, added the officials.
