Quadruplet Leopards Born in Changsha

Huahua, five years old, a leopard in Changsha Zoo, central China's Hunan Province, has given a birth to quadruplets.

The quadruplets were born respectively at 7: 55, 9:49, 12: 45 and 13: 47 on the morning of August 18. Since then they have been living with their mother all the time, while their "father," Pengpeng, six years old, was locked in an outside room, having no choice but to snarl alone.

As zookeepers cannot come close to the cubs, they still do not know the sexes of the quadruplets.

To date, the leopard couple, Pengpeng and Huahua, have had a total of seven "children."
