Central Business District in Beijing to Take Shape
The idea of building a Central Business District in Beijing is becoming more clear-cut.
Great efforts will be made to attract investment to build the 3.99-square km economic and business center, which will provide flexible, market-oriented services related to finance, insurance, information consultation, business exhibition and recreation.
Hotel, insurance companies, securities and financial firms and institutes and intermediary agencies will concentrate in the area.
Both an administration office and a construction and development company have been set up to carry out the project.
