Shanghai Science and Tech Fair to be Held
The 2001 Shanghai Science and Technology Fair will be held from November 8th to 14th, according to the organizing committee.
The fair will have "biology technology for the happiness of humankind in new century" as its theme. It will feature public education on organic food, an exhibition of popular science books, a technology forum and a high-tech exhibition, among other events.
The fair, an event to be held every two years, will be hosted by the Shanghai municipal government.
