Tibetan Official Meets Thai Princess

Raidi, chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Regional People's Congress, met with visiting Thai Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in Lhasa Wednesday.

The two sides exchanged views in a friendly atmosphere.

The Thai Princess and her entourage arrived in Lhasa for a visit to Tibet on August 17. During their visit, the Thai guests visited scenic and cultural spots and local farmers' homes around Tibet.

They will leave Lhasa for Chengdu in Sichuan province in southwest China on Thursday.
