Doping control at next year's Winter Olympics and the launch of blood tests are to be discussed at a two-day meeting of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) which got underway in Tallinn, Estonia on Monday.
The anti-drug watchdog will also decide on a permanent headquarters during the meeting in the Estonian capital, a spokeswoman said. Lausanne, Montreal or Vienna are all being considered as possible bases.
WADA has been based in the Swiss city of Lausanne since being founded two years ago.
WADA officials were also slated to discuss the agency's strategic program, doping control at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, implementation of blood testing and out-of- competition testing, and the introduction of passports for athletes.
