China Welcomes Peace Agreement of Macedonia
Chinese Foreign Ministry
spokesman Sun Yuxi said Wednesday that China is glad to see the related sides of Macedonia have finally reached a peace agreement through political means for the overall national interest.
China has been concerned about the recent developments in Macedonia and consistently supports the Macedonian government in its efforts to maintain national sovereignty and territorial integrity, he said.
China hopes that the related sides can earnestly implement the peace agreement for the realization of national stability, economic development and ethnic reconciliation as soon as possible, he added.
