Auto Output Exceeds 2 Million, Eighth in the World: ReportChina and Mexico have squeezed into top ten in world aotumobile production, according to a lately survey from the ROK.The report said that the two countries would have a fierce competition with the ROK in the manufacturing of small-sized autos. The auto output of the ROK leapfrogged to the world seventh in 1996 and jumped to the fifth last year. Meanwhile, China's auto output last year surpassed 2 million to reach the world's eighth from the ninth in the previous year.
