3 Lots Sold for 164 Mln US Dollars at HK Land Auction

Three government lots were sold Monday for a total of 1.282 billion HK dollars (164 million US dollars) at a public auction held by the Hong Kong Lands Department.

One of the lots, Kowloon Inland Lot with an area of about 20, 364 square meters, is located at Hung Hom Bay Reclamation, Kowloon. It was sold to Sino China Enterprises Ltd. at 1,090 million (139 million US dollars).

The second one, a lot in Demarcation District with an area of about 17,800 square meters, was sold to Mancas Investment Ltd. at 148 million HK dollars (19 million US dollars).

The third one, a lot also in Demarcation District with an area of about 2,517 square meters, was sold to Globaland Development Ltd. at 44 million HK dollars (5.6 million US dollars).
