Probe into Nandan Mine Accidents

Underground water flooded the Lajiapo Coal Mine and Longshan Coal Mine, both affiliated to the Longquan Mining and Smelting General Factory, around 03:30 am July 17, causing an unknown number of deaths. Fifteen suspects allegedly responsible for the accidents, including Li Dongming, had been detained by the 5th of August. Investigations are still going on to ascertain the exact cause and loss of the accidents.
