103 Stowaways Arrested in Shanghai
Police have arrested 103 stowaways in Fengxian County on the outskirts of
Shanghai
, China's largest business and manufacturing center.
Of the stowaways attempting to move to
Japan
by ship on August 4, 91 are males and 12 are females, a police officer said, adding that they were caught in a villa.
They all came from Lianjiang County in east China's
Fujian
Province.
