Chinese Vice Premier Meets Hong Kong Women's Delegation

Chinese Vice Premier Qian Qichen met in Beidaihe Friday with a visiting delegation of the Hong Kong Federation of Women (HKFW).

Qian expressed his appreciation for the active role the federation has played in promoting the social and economic development of Hong Kong, and encouraged them to make even greater contributions to the well-being of women and children.

The delegation is here at the invitation of All-China Women's Federation.
