Kunming to Build "Police Museum"

West China's first "police museum" will be built in this capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province.

The museum will be located by the Dianchi Lake, a well-known scenic spot in Kunming, and is set to open in April next year.

The Kunming City Public Security Bureau is collecting police-related cultural relics nationwide such as the first police uniform, photos, documents, the police development history and the history of war against drugs.

Upon completion, the museum will serve as a major center for education in patriotism.
