Int'l Mongolian Medicine Conference Receives 1,000 Papers

Nearly 1,000 papers were submitted to the international academic conference on Mongolian medicine, which will be held August 18-20 in Hohhot, capital of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the regional government said on August 2.

Some of the papers were written by experts and scholars in the United States, Japan, Russia and Mongolia. These papers have discussed the origin, development, processing and the industrialization of Mongolian medicine.

The conference, co-sponsored by the regional government and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is expected to attract 300 Chinese and foreign experts, scholars and health officials.
