Mitsubishi Provides Free Replacement of Pajero V73 Accessories
Mitsubishi Beijing Office Wednesday announced that it will provide free replacement for the pressure accumulator of the general pump for the hydraulic brake of Pajero V73 land cruisers to their users concerned across the world including China.
The replacement activity will involve 4,300 Pajero V73 land cruisers in China that were imported from April to July of the year 2000. The reason for the replacement is: improper technological processing in the manufacture of the septum in hydraulic pressure accumulator may possibly lead to insufficiency of endurance. If the vehicles continue to work in such a condition, the volume of nitrogen in the pressure accumulator will decrease. Pressure bridle valve will make strange noise in the progress of pressure accumulation. When drivers start up the engine after leaving it idle for some time for immediate use of the brake, the treadle will encounter stronger resistance. Therefore, Mitsubishi warn the Chinese users of Pajero V73 of the problems and ask them to contact the regional general agents or designated service stations of Mitsubishi from August 6 for the replacement of the relevant accessories for free.
