CPC Central Committee Greets SACP Founding Anniversary
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has sent a congratulatory message to the Central Committee of the South African Communist Party (SACP) on Monday on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the SACP.
The message said that during the past eight decades, under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and by adhering to the objective of socialism, the SACP has made outstanding contributions, both theoretical and practical, by vigorously dedicating itself to the causes of dismantling the Apartheid system and creating and building a new South Africa.
As a result, the SACP enjoys endorsement and support from the broad masses of the South African people, the message said, "We feel heartily rejoiced at the achievements you have scored." It said the CPC and the SACP enjoy profound friendship. There has been further development of relations between the two parties since the birth of the new South Africa, it said.
"We believe that the continuous strengthening and deepening of such relations in line with the principles of 'independence, full equality, mutual respect and non-interference in each other's internal affairs' contribute not only to the enhancement of mutual understanding and cooperation between us, but also to the constant development of the friendly, cooperative relations between our two countries," the message said.
