An exhibition on Beijing's bid to hold the Olympic Games will be held in the Museum of the Chinese Revolution in the near future, according to Wednesday's Beijing Youth Daily.
The paper quotes sources from the museum as saying that the exhibits will include materials and relics relating to Beijing's victory in its bid to hold the 2008 Olympic Games, and the city's bid eight years ago to hold the 2000 Olympic Games.
Preparations for the exhibition are going smoothly, says the paper.
Donations by the general public such as photos, articles and paintings, which reflect the loss and victory of Beijing's Olympic bids in 1993 and 2001, respectively, will also be displayed in the coming exhibition, according the paper.
