Indonesian President Refuses to Attend MPR Special Session

n President Abdurrahman Wahid Saturday morning said he will not attend the special session of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR), because the session is illegal.
The MPR Friday night decided to hold a special session on Saturday, and ask the president to account for his 21-month erratic rule on Monday.
