China Opposed to US Congress Vote on Reimbursement: Spokesman
Chinese Foreign Ministry
Spokesman Sun Yuxi said Friday that China is "resolutely opposed" to the amendments proposed by a few anti-China members of the US House of Representatives to bar compensation to China for the services provided for US surveillance plane on the Chinese soil.
"This has been an attempt to obstruct the improvement of Sino-US relations," he said.
