Education Minister to Attend Peru Presidential Handover

Chinese Minister of Education Chen Zhili, as the special envoy of the Chinese Government, will leave for Peru on July 27 to attend the Peruvian presidential handover ceremony on July 28, spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sun Yuxi announced Wednesday.

Chen is to make the tour at the invitation of the Government of Peru. She will also visit Colombia and Argentina.
