PD Veterans Studying Jiang's Speech on "China Forum"
In the afternoon of July 17, "China Forum" of People's Daily Online broadcast PD senior cadres studying President Jiang Zemin's July 1 speech.
The veterans showed great interest in such a new way to participate in the Party's studying activity online. Yuan Ying, former chairman of Literature and Art Department of People's Daily said that "I have taken part in many Party studying activities, but this is the first time I have had my Party life online, on 'China Forum'. New things are always emerging, we should adapt ourselves to them". Many netizens were also very active for the online activity, 300 questions were posted on the forum within one hour.
According to PD Online, this is for the first time that the forum broadcast such activity online.
