Olympic Lottery to Be Issued by Year End

Chinese authorities have decided to issue Olympic lotteries in China. As sources say, the Olympic lottery will be issued through the channels of China Physical Culture Lottery with the duration to be from 2001 to 2008. The profit of the lottery is expected to reach US$180 million.

Personage of the circle denoted that the lottery industry for China's development of physical culture is expected to hail another upsurge from mid-August this year. He pointed out that the Olympic lottery is supposed to come out following the football lottery. At present, the related departments are busily preparing for the formal issuance of the football lottery so as to guarantee a perfect issuance in safety.
