Delegates Arrive in Tibet to Celebrate Peaceful Liberation
Delegates of veteran cadres who used to work in Tibet and artists dispatched by the central government, Monday, arrived in Lhasa to join the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet.

Officials with Tibet Autonomous Regional government and hundreds of local people in ethnic dress met the two delegations at the airport.

Those who have contributed to Tibet's liberation and economic development were excited when stepping on the land again, with some of them moved to tears.

Delegates also include family members of those who have sacrificed their lives for Tibet.
