The revenue of the region rose 24.4 percent from previous year. Meanwhile, the income of urban residents has seen a rise with an average dispensable income of 3,386 yuan (408 U.S. dollars), 9.4 percent more than last year. The average farmers' earnings in cash are 911 yuan (110 U.S. dollars), up 8 percent.
