Ethiopia to Convene Meeting on Post-war Economic Development

The Ethiopian International Institute for Peace and Development (EIIPD) is scheduled to host round table on post-war economic development on July 16 with the participation of government ministerial officials and businesspersons.

The round table, which is expected to design to come up with well-articulated views and ways to cope with post-war economic challenges, contrives to furnish ground for dialogue between the private and public sectors on the issues of economic development.

Discussion papers that review the post-war status of various sectors of the economy will be presented by prominent public authorities and other highly acclaimed personalities.

The EIIPD, which is an autonomous training, research and policy think-tank, has conducted several capacity building programs, seminars, workshops and international conferences.
