Olympics Champion Wang Junxia Wishes to Run at Beijing OlympicsChinese former athletics Olympics champion Wang Junxia hoped she could take part in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, no matter on the track or off the court after the Chinese capital city won its Olympic bid in Moscow on Friday night.Wang, winner of the 1994 Jesse Owens award honored by International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF), said she want to back to training and run her favorite long-distance events at Beijing Olympics. "I'd like to win another title for China if I could return my form on the track. I'd also like to help young athletes to realized their dreams through my Olympic Games experience even if I could not make the team," said the 28 year-old girl. Nick-named Orient Magic Deer, Wang won China's first ever long distance Olympic gold medal when she crowned the women's 5,000 meters title in Atlanta. The 1.62-meter Chinese from Northeast China's Liaoning Province quit the sport and started law study in her hometown university since 1998. "I wish I could finish my study and return to training as soon as possible. If I could not claim victory in the competition any more, I wish I could win the award in my future career," she said.
