APEC Youth Festival Opens in Shanghai

The APEC Youth Festival-APEC Young Leaders/Entrepreneurs Forum opened in Shanghai Wednesday morning.

The forum, the only APEC event of 2001 on youth of the region, was sponsored by the All-China Youth Federation (ACYF) and relevant Canadian departments. All APEC members have sent their delegates to attend the forum.

The theme of the forum is "Building Common Prosperity by Meeting Challenges of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs in the New Economy."
