Chinese Vice Premier Arrives in Moscow for IOC Meeting
A delegation of the Chinese government led by Vice-Premier
Li Lanqing
arrived in Moscow Tuesday to attend the 112th plenary session of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) scheduled for Tuesday to Saturday.
During his stay in
Russia
, Li will attend the IOC plenary session Friday on behalf of the Chinese government.
At the airport, Li was welcomed by Chairman of the Russian State Sports and Tourism Committee Rozhkov and Chinese Ambassador to Russia Wu Tao.
