Chinese FM to Attend ASEAN Meetings in Vietnam
Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will attend ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) meetings to be held in Vietnam, announced Zhang Qiyue, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman,Tuesday at a press conference.
She said that at the invitation of Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien of Vietnam, current chair of ASEAN, Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will attend the meeting between ASEAN and foreign ministers of China, Japan and Republic of Korea (10+3), the 8th Foreign Ministers' Meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum, the Post- Ministerial Conference, and the dialogue meeting between China and ASEAN (10+1) to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam from July 24 to 27.
