China Women's Soccer Team Suffers Second Defeat Against DPR Korea

Chinese women's soccer team suffered its second defeat against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea when it lost to the host 3-2 Monday.

With the support of 30,000 crowds, the DPR Korea scored twice in the first 10 minutes, which sealed the host side half-time lead.

China, runners-up of 1999 World Women's Championships, pulled a goal back in the 55th minute by Zhang Ouying. But a mistake of defense gave the DPR Korea a decisive goal at 76th minute. Pu Wei collected a conciliative goal for China before the last whistle of match.

The visitors lost the first match 2-0 on July 4.
