Chinese President Meets US Business Leader
The healthy advancement of Sino-US relations is in the interests of the two peoples, President Jiang Zemin told Steve Van Andel, chairman of the board of the US Chamber of Commerce Friday.

Jiang expressed his appreciation for the positive role of the US chamber of commerce in promoting Sino-US economic and trade ties.

Andel said his chamber and the US business circle support China's WTO accession and are ready to further the good cooperative economic and trade ties with China, as its WTO entry would serve to enhance this relationship in a more extensive and in-depth way.
