China Wins Four Golds at Int'l Physics Olympics

Chinese high school students won four gold medals and one silver medal at the 32nd International Physics Olympics, which ended Thursday in Turkey.

The four gold medal winners are: Wei Yimin, Shi Chenbo, Qi Yang and Liu Yan from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Beijing and Hunan, respectively. Wu Bin, also from Shanghai, won a silver medal.

The 32nd International Physics Olympics was held in Turkey from June 28 to July 5. More than 300 students from 67 countries and regions competed, according to the China Association for Science and Technology.
