China Lose to DPR Korea in Women's Soccer Friendly
The newly reshuffled Chinese women's soccer team were beaten 2-0 by their DPR Korean counterparts in a friendly match Wednesday in Pyongyang.
The Chinese team, consisted of mainly young and unexperienced players, were outplayed by the host team which dominated the match throughout. Yet they still held the host team to a 0-0 draw in the first half before conceding two goals in the second half.
The Chinese team will play their second match on July 6 against a DPR Korean club team and on July 9 meet again with the DPR Korean national team.
