Organized by the Defense Ministry, a group of nearly 90 military attaches and deputy military attaches from over 40 countries and their wives, now stationed in China, have just visited Northwest China's Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces and Ningxia and Xinjiang Autonomous regions.
