The
Tianjin
Binhai Flyover -- China's largest urban flyover was opened to traffic Thursday in north China's port city of Tianjin.
The 5.3 km-long flyover connects Tianjin Port, Tianjin Development Zone and the Tianjin old urban district. Designed for a fast traffic flow the speed limit is 50 km per hour.
A 120,000-square meter green square was opened under the flyover. An official from Tianjin said that completion of the Binhai Flyover will help release traffic congestion and boost regional economic development.
