Three people died and four others were injured in three light aircraft crashes in Britain on Saturday.
Two adults and two children were rescued from a Cessna 182 plane that burst into flames on landing at an airfield in Cornwall, southwest England. The adults were taken to hospital but their condition was not known, a police spokesman said.
Also on the same day, two people died after their two-seater microlight crashed into trees at Harthall, south Shropshire. Later a man was killed when his glider crashed in a field in Northamptonshire.
All three accidents would be investigated by Britain's air accident authorities.
