Sinopec to Issue 2.8 Billion A Shares
Sinopec, or China Petro-Chemical Co., released Friday a letter on floating shares, which said the company will issue 2.8 billion A shares on the
Shanghai
Stock Exchange in the near future.
The company will become China's largest listed company with a total of 86.7 billion shares traded on four bourses in
Hong Kong
, London, New York and Shanghai.
Last year the company issued 16.78 billion H shares in overseas markets, raising US$3.5 billion.
