NPC Vice Chairman Meets Jordanian DelegationTomur Dawamat, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC), met Thursday with a delegation of Jordanian mayors led by Shchadch A. H. Abu Hdaib.Tomur Dawamat voiced satisfaction over the reciprocal cooperation between China and Jordan since the two countries established diplomatic ties in 1977, and hoped that they would enhance contacts between their local governments.
