China to Open Domestic Express Package ServiceThe State Postal Bureau is to offer Domestic Express Package Service (DEPS) from August 1 and prior to this, it has also promised to speed up the Express Mail Service starting from July 1.Insiders of the SPB say that the DEPS will be helpful to solve the problem of logistics, especially to industrial and commercial enterprises, e-commerce companies, postal companies, etc. DEPS will be delivered through highway and railway.
