Thailand's Angel Air Opens Macao-Bangkok Air RouteThailand's Angel Air opened Tuesday a new air route linking China's Macao Special Administrative Region with Bangkok.The airline uses an Airbus-300 aircraft to serve the route, with 274 seats. There will be chartered flights every Tuesday and Thursday. Angel Air President Somchai Bencharongkul told the press that the route will provide more convenience for Macao tourists and visitors from China's inland and Taiwan, via Macao, to Bangkok, and Angel Air flights can also bring them to other places of Thailand after they arrive in the capital city. Currently, the Macao-Bangkok flights will be operated on a chartered basis, but there will be regular flights in the near future, he said.
