Chinese Vice Premier Meets Hong Kong Educational DelegationChinese Vice Premier Li Lanqing Tuesday met with a Hong Kong delegation comprised of heads of Hong Kong middle schools and college students.Li made an introduction on reform and development of basic education in inland areas.
